Week B of our Stamford Home Ed group. Book for the whole day or for individual sessions.

10:45am - 11:45am: Story & Drama Circle

Children will spend some time writing a simple short story, then as a group we will act them all out. Chilldren have complete control over their stories. For children that aren’t fluent writers a parent or guardian will need to stay in the group to scribe.

12:30pm - 2pm: Humanities Co-op

In this group we look at a different topic each week . Families can either pay £1 per family and bring an activity to share with the group or pay £5 and have activities provided. Please make sure you are in our ‘Home Education at The Place Stamford’ group on facebook where we discuss topics and what actvities people are going to bring.

1st March - World Book Day

15th March - St Patrick’s Day

2pm - 4pm

A group for home educated children to share games and socialise. We will set up tables with board games, activities such as marble run or train track, and something arty and crafty, plus there will be space to chill and chat.

2:15pm - 2:45pm

Maths stretch group covering topics from KS3 and GCSE. This is a stretch group for children age approx 10+ and not intended to cover the entire syllabus.
