Our group is a gentle safe supportive space where you and your new baby can come every week and connect with new friends, while having unlimited access to our inhouse feeding expert and postnatal practitioner. We cover the highs and lows of those early months and support you with Up-to-date information so you can feel empowered and confident in your choices for your baby. The group is as interactive as you wish there will be some days you may just wish to have coffee and cake and relax others you might feel like joining in our group discussions, the whole session is there to meet your and baby’s needs.

Gentle Beginnings - Postnatal Group with Unique Births
Our group is a gentle safe supportive space where you and your new baby can come every week and connect with new friends, while having unlimited access to our inhouse feeding expert and postnatal practitioner. We cover the highs and lows of those early months and support you with Up-to-date information so you can feel empowered and confident in your choices for your baby. The group is as interactive as you wish there will be some days you may just wish to have coffee and cake and relax others you might feel like joining in our group discussions, the whole session is there to meet your and baby’s needs.
What makes our group completely different from others is this is for you, yes we talk about all things baby and have beautiful toys and sensory play for your little one, we are there to support you whether that’s writing a postnatal plan or being a friendly ear. We know how hard those early months are and that’s why we designed this nurturing space.
We also actively encourage you to join our private Whatsapp group so when you feel ready you have a supportive network ready and waiting.

Due to covid restrictions and wanting you to feel safe and comfortable we are limiting numbers and asking you book in advance.

Baby and Toddler Group
Come and join our Baby and Toddler group. We have a different theme each week and activities may include crafts, messy play, toys, sensory, stories and singing. This week our theme is ‘National Cake Day’.
This is an unstructured session - the activities and toys are set out in advance and you are free to explore and take part as you wish. We will end with some songs and rhymes for approx the last 15mins.
Babies in arms who are younger siblings of a child attending the group do not need their own place booking.
Price includes one adult. If a second adult would like to come, and you won’t be staying together throughout the group (eg if you have two children who will want to do separate activities) please book two places. This is to ensure that we stick to our risk assessments and maximum numbers.
Mum and Baby Yoga
4 MONTHS to CRUISING
These classes ease you back into your body and continue the expansion of the bond with your baby through breath, mindfulness, movement, music and relaxation. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED
A typical session contains a range of gentle yoga for you and your baby. There is a structure to the class, but most of the time you follow your baby’s cues.
These classes are continuous and progressive with your baby's development.
